Our strata employed CF Electrical recently to prepare an Electrical Planning Report to meet the mandated requirement to assess the ability of our electrical service to supply various expected electrification loads in the near term future that will add to the electrical load of units in our strata. We also employed them to provide an EV Ready Plan which recommends a specific practical approach to adding level 2 EV chargers to each unit in our strata. They gave us a competitive price and produced draft reports in a timely way which we reviewed and clarified with a dialogue to simplify technical jargon. They listened well and resolved our need to better understand this somewhat technical material and the interplay of various Electrical Code and TSBC rules that must be respected in any installation of large new loads by a unit owner's electrician. Their patience and willingness to work with us to edit technical text for digestion by non technical people was greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend this firm based on our experience with them as a service provider. They put in a lot of extra effort to help us understand the issues better.
