A document missing any of these does not meet the regulation's content requirements.
The Province also publishes preparation guidance (updated May 2026, developed with BC Hydro, CHOA, and VISOA) that Vanderhoof councils can use to hold any provider to a consistent standard: an on-site inspection rather than a desktop review, analysis of the building's BC Hydro consumption data, and electrification scenarios modelled on the building as it actually is.
